In Settings on iCloud.com, look at the My Devices section. If you don't see the My Devices section, your account just has access to iCloud web-only features. To gain access to other iCloud features, set up iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac. To see information about a device, select it in the list.
Use the web to see where you're signed in
- Sign in to your Apple ID account page,* then scroll to Devices.

on iCloud.com, but text messages/iMessages are not typically viewable on iCloud.com. Surely it's on cloud and on Apple's server. But you can't view the messages online. So even if someone has your Apple ID, they can't see your text messages.

Like all computer software iCloud will have it's security flaws, but overall I would say iCloud is a safe platform. It is secured with 2-step verification to make it harder for hackers to break into together with an Apple ID so secure even Apple claims it can't hack it.
