How to turn your iPhone Live Photos into GIFs in iOS 11
- Open the Photos App and select “Albums” on the bottom right corner.
- Select the Live Photos album.
- Tap the picture that you would like to make a GIF.
- Once you've opened up the picture, swipe up from the bottom of the screen for the app to give you four animation options, which are Live, Loop, Bounce, and Long Exposure.
Savage has released a major update for the iPad illustration app Procreate today, adding long-awaited features like the ability to add text and create animations. New Layer Export options come with an Export to GIF feature, which let artists create looping animations with frame rates from 0.1 to 60 frames per second.

Reduce screen motion on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
- Go to Settings > Accessibility.
- Select Motion, then turn on Reduce Motion.
The parallax effect taps into the iPhone's inbuilt motion sensors and makes the home screen icons float when moving the phone around. It means that when you tilt your phone (or iPad) the wallpaper moves with it.
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Motion. Prefer Cross-Fade Transitions: This setting reduces the motion of user interface controls that slide in and out when appearing and disappearing.
Here is how to enable the fade and replace the zoom motions and speed up the iOS transitions:
- Open Settings and go to “General” followed by “Accessibility”
- Navigate to and select “Reduce Motion”
- Toggle this setting switch to the ON position.
- Exit out of Settings to instantly see the difference in transition effects.
Swipe your finger from the bottom of the screen all the way to the top of the screen to scroll down. Perform the gesture in the opposite direction to scroll up. Repeat this gesture as many times as you like while the application is scrolling to increase the speed.
Go to Settings and tap Screen Time. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions. If asked, enter your passcode. Under Allow Changes, select the features or settings you want to allow changes to and choose Allow or Don't Allow.
Open the Settings on your iPhone or iPad and then do the following.

- 2) Select Accessibility.
- 3) In the Vision section, tap Reduce Motion.
- 4) Move the slider to green to enable the Reduce Motion feature. You can optionally disable the Auto-Play Message Effects while you're on this screen.

To apply an animation to an object:
- Select the object you want to animate.
- On the Animations tab, click the More drop-down arrow in the Animation group. Clicking the More drop-down arrow.
- A drop-down menu of animation effects will appear. Select the desired effect.
- The effect will apply to the object.
Add a motion path to an object
- Click the object you want to animate.
- On the Animations tab, click Add Animation.
- Scroll down to Motion Paths, and pick one. Tip: If you choose the Custom path option, you will draw the path that you want the object to take. To stop drawing a custom path, press Esc.
Animation is important because it makes us be able to tell stories and communicate emotions and ideas in a unique, easy-to-perceive way that both small children and adults can understand. Animation has helped connect people throughout the world in a way that sometimes writing and live-action films cannot.
The animation is a method through which designers or animators make the objects to have movement in an image. It is done by setting the frames of the picture and making those frames to portray the movement of objects to the viewers.
The Animation Pane opens on the right side of the PowerPoint window. In the Animation Pane, select the arrow next to your animation, and select Effect Options. In the dialog box, on the Effect tab under Enhancements, select the arrow next to Animate text, and select By letter.
In PowerPoint, you can animate text and objects such as clip art, shapes, and pictures. Animation—or movement—on the slide can be used to draw the audience's attention to specific content or to make the slide easier to read.
Slide animations are similar to transitions, but they are applied to individual elements on a single slide—a title, chart, image, or individual bullet point. Animations can make a presentation more lively and memorable.
