Here are nine important principles to remember about how to treat others:

Each of us is different in our own special way but we also have the common qualities that make us all humans. So each of us should be treated with respect and dignity and treat others in the same way. No persons should be discriminated against in their sexual and reproductive lives.
It has a lot to do with being respectful with everybody, communicating and trying to understand what people around you are doing. It is really about caring and showing that you understand people and you value them. For me it's the way I deal with them, showing them the respect they deserve.

Are All Patients Treated Equally? It's 2017, and one would think that all patients are treated equally. Nursing has certainly been educated to treat all patients with the same levels of respect and dignity and to provide excellent medical care regardless of age, race, ethnicity, or religious beliefs.
Receiving respect from others is important because it helps us to feel safe and to express ourselves. Being respected by important people in our lives growing up teaches us how to be respectful toward others. Respect in your relationships builds feelings of trust, safety, and wellbeing.
Everyone has the right to be accepted everywhere as a person, according to law. You have the right to be treated equally by the law, and to have the same protection under the law as anyone else.

Interactional fairness refers to the nature of the interaction between instructor and students and encompasses impartiality, respect, concern for students, integrity and propriety. Class Norms
An important part of promoting equity and diversity is setting norms in your classroom that promote inclusion and openness. Be explicit about the way your class will be respectful to each other; and share ideas, opinions and values. Teach students how to disagree respectfully.When students believe their teacher is fair, they accept test grades, homework assignments, and discipline without drama. It makes sense to them that teachers would have the most impact on the test scores of their students, and of course, tests would "count" everything a teacher needs to teach.
Maintaining Classroom Discipline

- Provide a list of standards and consequences to parents and students.

In a community where people are being treated fair everyone works together, solves problems easily, has fun, cares for one another, feels safe and gets along. That is a way that many people want to live. It should be important to a person to act with fairness. If you do this people will respect and trust you.
Equity refers to dealing with justice and fairness, where there the opportunities of living and treatment is not equal for all people. Equality is when everyone is treated in the same way, gain the same chances.

Equality is about ensuring that every individual has an equal opportunity to make the most of their lives and talents. It is also the belief that no one should have poorer life chances because of the way they were born, where they come from, what they believe, or whether they have a disability.
Equality is about ensuring everybody has an equal opportunity, and is not treated differently or discriminated against because of their characteristics. Diversity is about taking account of the differences between people and groups of people, and placing a positive value on those differences.
Equality is ensuring individuals or groups of individuals are not treated differently or less favourably , on the basis of their specific protected characteristic, including areas of race, gender, disability, religion or belief, sexual orientation and age.
