The Code Geass Season 3 release date is slowly getting closer even as a movie compilation trilogy has been confirmed as Code Geass: Lelouch Of The Revolution. The third season, or Code Geass R3, will be called Code Geass: Lelouch Of The Resurrection (or Re;surrection).

Lelouch did in fact die at the end of the anime. However in the new movie C.C bring him back and througout the movie hints at the possibility of him dying again. Although at the end they heavily imply that Lelouch becomes an immortal as well and stays with C.C.

First, upon Lelouch's death, he transferred his memories of his plan to Nunnaly, Just as C.C has given her memories to Lelouch.Yes. You must watch the movies before the TV series. Don't worry. These movies are actually pretty enjoyable.
