Battery performance from the Moto G4 is about average. Motorola is claiming 24 hours, but, as with most such claims, how true this is will depend very much on how you use your phone.
What is the ghost touch problem? Ghost touch (or touch glitches) are the terms used when your screen responds to presses that you're not actually making, or when there's a section of your phone screen that's completely unresponsive to your touch.
If your battery isn't charging or is charging slowly:
Use the Motorola charger that came with your phone. Make sure the charger isn't damaged—check the insulation on the wire for cuts, check that the micro-USB plug fits securely into the phone, and check that the wall plug is not visibly damaged. Check the wall outlet.Press and hold the power key to select the Power Off option. Then turn your phone back on and charge your phone normally. Try to observe if any particular applications that you use correlate with the phone using dramatically more energy than you expect (discharging faster or charging slower).
The official moto policy is that Moto chargers are the only ones that are "safe" - but in my opinion, any decent USB charger should be fine. You can use a non-Turbo charger on your phone and it will charge and normal phone rates.
Drain the battery, then leave it plugged into the turbo charger for a couple of hours, before turning it back on. Turn the phone off and charge it with the turbo charger overnight. This should re-calibrate the battery meter. Try using an application such as Advanced Battery Calibrator to reset the battery file.
Impact of fast chargers on battery life has long been debated. That will make sure you don't run out of battery when you need your smartphone. However, if you only have a turbo/fast charger with you then you may use a charge-only cable for slow charging your device even when using a fast charger.
Motorola batteries are designed to last between 350-700 charge/discharge cycles at room temperature. This amounts to approximately a year to a year and a half of battery use for most people. Avoid damage to battery and mobile device.

The phone takes only the current it can handle. Consequently, when you plug a fast-charging phone into a conventional phone charger, it will charge at a slower rate. If you plug the cable that came with your phone into the USB port of any phone charger, it should work safely.
Generally speaking the wrong charger to the wrong phone can cause damage. Thankfully, the advent of USB changed all that and has provided an easy, standardized platform for charging devices. All USB cords carry the same 5V, regardless of if it's got a 30-pin head or a microUSB plug, whether it's first-party or third.
Fast-charging won't damage your battery
Samsung will sell you an extra-speedy 45-watt charger for $50. Unless there's some technical flaw with your battery or charger electronics, however, using a fast charger won't do your phone's battery any long-term damage. Here's why. Fast-charging batteries work in two phases. The amount of power your cable can carry is determined by the size of the 2 5V wires inside, a standard cable is 28 gauge and is capable of about . 5A, this is the standard charge rate. A faster charger cable has larger internal wires (mostly 24 gauge) that can carry larger currents of 2A or more.
For example – an iPad charger has a maximum output of 10W (5V*2A), whereas an iPhone has a maximum input of 5W (5V*1A). So when you plug the phone into the charger, the maximum charge is only…. 5W. On the flip side of that, an iPhone charger has a maximum output of 5W, whereas the iPad has a maximum input of 10W.
You will have to use the charger that came with the device. If the original charger isn't available, you will have to use another charger with the same connector that supports the same output voltage as the original charger.
