The answer is no. It does not make any sense to buy a 5G phone in India right now, especially if the 5G version of these phones cost more than the 4G versions – for example, the iQoo 3 4G version costs ₹36,990 whereas the 5G version costs ₹44,990.
The Galaxy Note 10+ 5G does not have dual SIM slots and only supports a single SIM and a microSD card. Unlike the Galaxy S10 5G, which didn't launch until a few months after the LTE models, the 5G variant of the Galaxy Note 10+ is launching alongside the regular Note 10+ (and Note 10) in many markets around the world.

The good The Galaxy Note 10 Plus delivers the premium goods, from a killer 6.8-inch screen and all-day battery life to excellent camera tools. The bad The Note 10 Plus is expensive. There's no headphone jack, which will disappoint long-time Samsung fans. The depth-sensing camera is extremely limited.
The Galaxy S20 Plus naturally has a newer processor at its heart; a Snapdragon 865 or Exynos 990, compared to the Snapdragon 855 or Exynos 9825 in the Note 10 Plus. In the Geekbench 4 benchmark, both the Exynos and Snapdragon-powered S20 Plus handily gain leads over their Note 10 Plus counterparts.
The pricing is the same as the Galaxy S10 Plus 5G. Instead, $1,400 plunked down on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus 5G gets me a device with an extra chip -- the Qualcomm X50 -- that accesses Verizon's millimeter-wave network, but not sub-6Ghz networks that AT&T and T-Mobile will have with the latest Qualcomm X55 modem.
Answer: Yes. If you're among the 86 percent of the population who are concerned that the recent rollouts of 5G networks will make your 4G cellphone obsolete, there's no need to worry. 4G phones still work on a 5G network, they just won't get that coveted 5G speed.
