How to set up Echo multi-room
- Open the Alexa app and select Devices.

Although adding multiple devices to your Alexa app is seamless, you can't combine two Echo devices to create a stereo effect or surround sound audio setup like you can with Sonos speakers. Now, if you have multiple Alexa devices in hearing range, only the one that hears you best will respond.
Re: Playback on multiple devices at the same time? There is no subscription like that. Spotify is only licensed to sell 'personal' subscriptions which means you can only stream on one device at a time. If you have premium you can sync playlists offline and then force them into offline mode.
