The digital KYC process is as follows:
- Log in to the online portal where you wish to update your KYC.
- Look out for an 'Update KYC' button in your settings on that portal.
- Click on the button and it will open up the set of KYC preferences you have set beforehand.
- Update whatever needs to be changed.
There are two methods to do KYC online – Aadhaar OTP and Aadhaar-based Biometric KYC. Aadhaar OTP allows one to get the KYC done quite easily in minutes whereas in Aadhaar-based Biometric KYC, one has to apply for KYC online and an executive from the KRA visits his home/office for biometric verification.
The account holder can log in to the Netbanking portal of the bank and click on the “Update PAN” section. The account holder will have to key in his PAN details and upload the PAN or Form 60 as applicable. Once the documents are uploaded successfully the account will be unfrozen by the bank.

Step by Step Process:-
- Go to 'Profile' tab.

- Click on the hyper link 'Change Mobile Number-Domestic only (Through OTP/ATM/Contact Centre)'.
- Visit SBI ATM and swipe your debit card.
- Select the 'Registration' option from the options.
- Enter your ATM PIN and select 'Update your mobile number' option.
- Enter your old mobile number and confirm it.
- Enter the new mobile number and confirm.
- OTPs will be sent on both, the old and new mobile numbers.
You can opt for the SMS Banking service provided by Punjab National Bank by getting your mobile number registered at the nearest PNB Branch. Once this is done, all you have to do is send a SMS to 5607040 with the specified keyword.
