Web Browser
- Open Chrome.
- Go to join.zoom.us.
- Enter your meeting ID provided by the host/organizer.
- Click Join. If this is your first time joining from Google Chrome, you will be asked to open the Zoom client to join the meeting.
A Zoom account is not required if you are strictly joining Zoom Meetings as a participant. If someone invites you to their meeting, you can join as a participant without creating an account.
Zoom app downloadsThe desktop app is available for Windows and macOS, while the mobile app is available for Android and iOS. In other words, the desktop app is more fully featured, although, if you're a free user, you can still get a lot of mileage from the mobile app.

- Open the Zoom client and sign in to Zoom.
- Click Meetings.
- In the Upcoming tab, select the meeting that you need the invitation for.
- Click Copy Invitation. The meeting invitation will now be copied to your clipboard.
Scheduling your first meeting
- Sign in to your Zoom web portal.
- Click Meetings.
- Click Schedule a Meeting.
- Choose the date and time for your meeting.
- (Optional) Select any other settings you would like to use.
- Click Save.
Zoom offers a full-featured Basic Plan for free with unlimited meetings. Both Basic and Pro plans allow for unlimited 1-1 meetings, each meeting can have a duration of 24 hours maximum. Your Basic plan has a 40 minutes time limit per each meeting with three or more total participants.
- After signing in, tap Meet & Chat for these meeting features:
- Tap Phone to use Zoom Phone features.
- Note: Zoom Phone license required.
- Note: You can only edit, start or delete meetings you are the host of.
- Tap Contacts to list all your contacts and add new ones.
- Tap Settings to view meeting and chat settings.

How Do I Host A Video Meeting?Follow
- Open your Zoom app on your desktop and click Sign In.
- Log in using the E-mail and password that you have created, or with Google(Gmail), Facebook, or Login with SSO.
- Click the downward arrow and select Start with video, then click New Meeting to start an instant meeting.
Enter the invitee's name and number, then tap Call. Tap the contacts icon and select a contact to call. If prompted, allow Zoom to access your phone contacts. The fields will be populated with your contact's info, then you tap Call.

- Go to Settings and select 'Sounds'
- Turn 'Silent mode' on.
- Turn 'Vibrate in silent mode' off.
- Navigate to 'Do not disturb' and enable the setting.
- Under both 'Calls' and 'Messages,' select the 'No one' option.
- Turn 'Repeated calls' off.
