Getting to Your Settings
There are two ways to get to your phone's settings. You can swipe down on the notification bar at the top of your phone display, then tap on the top right account icon, then tap on Settings. Or you can tap on the “all apps” app tray icon in the bottom middle of your home screen.To open the Settings app. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon (in the QuickTap Bar) > the Apps tab (if necessary) > Settings . From the Home screen, tap the Menu Key > System settings.
- In the menu bar on the top of your browser, click Tools.
- Select Internet Options.
- Click the General tab.
- Under "Home page," enter: .
- Click OK.
- Restart your browser.
The app cache (and how to clear it)
- Open the Settings of your phone.
- Tap the Storage heading to open its settings page.
- Tap the Other Apps heading to see a list of your installed apps.
- Find the application you want to clear the cache of and tap its listing.
- Tap the Clear cache button.
To open the Settings app

A simple solution: Whenever you come across any web link which you desire to open into the new window then just hover your cursor over your desired web link and right click on it and select the option to 'open link in new window' and imediately your web link will be opened into a new chrome window.

You can also click on a link and hold down the mouse without releasing, dragging the link to the browser's tab bar to open it in a new tab. If you prefer, you can also right-click on a link in Chrome or many other browsers to open a menu that allows a variety of options.You can open the Settings page by clicking on the icon with three stacked horizontal lines to the left of the address bar; this will open up a dropdown menu, and Settings will be located to the bottom of the screen.
How Long Does it Take to Reset Chrome. Resetting Chrome is a quick business. It's just a matter of a few seconds or a maximum of a minute or two.
Resetting Chrome settings will clear temporary data on Chrome such as cookies and cached files. It's equivalent to clearing things under Chrome settings > Clear browsing data > Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files. However, the passwords will not be deleted from Chrome.
How To Reset Chrome Browser Settings on Android Phone
- Open your device's “Settings” menu, then tap on “Apps”
- Find and tap on the Chrome app.
- Tap “Storage”.
- Tap “Manage Space”.
- Tap “Clear all data”.
- Confirm by tapping “Ok”.
Press the “F10” key if the command bar is hidden. This will restore access to the “View” command, which gives you the ability to unhide any third-party toolbars. Click “View” and then click “Toolbars.” Click to place a checkmark next to the toolbar you want to unhide.
Approach #2: right-click in an empty area next to the tabs, or on the Favorites button, and you'll see a dropdown menu, one item of which is “Menu bar”. A menu bar is a user interface element that contains selectable commands and options for a specific program. In Windows, menu bars are typically located at the top of open windows. In OS X, the menu bar is always fixed at the top of the screen, and changes depending on what program is currently active.
Click the Menu button just to the right of the website address bar. You can access most of the commonly used menus from the drop-down list that appears. You'll see the options you'd normally find in the File and Edit menus here, such as opening new tabs, saving the page and copying and pasting.
First select the "hamburger" icon on the top right of the Google Chrome browser. Second select "tools" from the drop down list. Third tell them that you want to supersize it with fries.
