- From a Home screen, navigate: Apps > Settings > Advanced Calling. If unavailable, navigate: Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced Calling.
- Tap the Advanced Calling switch (upper-right) to turn on or off.
- When turned on, tap either of the following to enable or disable: Enabled when a check mark is present.

How to Fix “No Service and Signal” on Samsung and Android

Data and network settings for Android phones
- Pull down the notifications panel and tap Settings (gear icon).
- Tap Mobile Data or More > Mobile Networks or More > Data Usage > Access Point Names.
- Turn ON or add a check mark next to Data Enabled or Mobile Data or Mobile Data Traffic.
- 1 Swipe down from the screen to reveal the Quick panel.
- 2 Tap the Mobile data icon to activate or deactivate. When the icon is highlighted in blue, mobile data is enabled.

Some forms of 4G LTE not working issue are attributed to bad network configuration. Try to reset the network settings and see if it helps: From the Home screen, swipe up on an empty spot to open the Apps tray. Tap General Management > Reset > Reset network settings.
If your mobile data is giving you trouble, one of the first things you should try is turning airplane mode on and off. Paths can differ slightly depending your Android version and phone manufacturer, but you can usually enable Airplane mode by going to Settings > Wireless & networks > Airplane mode.
If your Android phone won't connect to Wi-Fi, you should first make sure that your phone isn't on Airplane Mode, and that Wi-Fi is enabled on your phone. If your Android phone claims it's connected to Wi-Fi but nothing will load, you can try forgetting the Wi-Fi network and then connecting to it again.

Your router or modem may be out of date, your DNS cache or IP address may be experiencing a glitch, or your internet service provider could be experiencing outages in your area. How To Fix The Samsung Galaxy A50 Mobile Network Not Available Issue
- Verify that your area has a good network signal.

- Select Reset. Your phone will reset to default Internet and MMS settings. Network problems should be solved at this point. Remember to turn off your Wi-Fi before testing.
