Download purchases on your Mac or PC
- If you're not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID.
- Open the store app that you want to download content from, then go to the Purchased page.*

Attention: iOS users - Problems with In-App Purchases
- Check that you are signed in with the same Apple ID.
- Re-log into your Apple ID and try again (Settings > iTunes & App Store)
- Reinstall the app.
- Restart your iOS device.
- Go to the in-app store and tap on "Restore Purchase" to regain the items again.
If the error message "Payment not completed" is displayed when attempting to download the iOS Phyn App from the App Store, that is an indication that you need to update the payment method associated with your Apple ID. Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support.
To check up on your Apple subscriptions, head to the Settings app on your iOS device, then tap your name, followed by iTunes & App Store. Hit the Apple ID link at the top, then View Apple ID, and Subscriptions.
