Ideally, as an individual, your username should be your real name. For example, if your name was John Smith, your Twitter username should be, in an ideal world, @JohnSmith. Unfortunately, the world is far from ideal, and chances are that the username you want is already taken. So what in blue blazes do you do now?
Whenever you change your username on Twitter, your old username becomes available for use by other Twitter users. Changing your username will not affect your existing followers, Direct Messages, or replies. Your followers will simply see a new username next to your profile photo when you update.
Scroll down to the "Settings" option and click. Click on the tab labeled "Privacy and safety". Scroll down to the privacy section, then check the "Protect my Tweets" box to make your account private. Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page, and click on "Save changes".

Because Twitter lacks a formalized policy or procedure for moving followers from one account to another or combining the followers from multiple accounts into one, you can't force other users to change their connection or simply push a button and consolidate the lists.
The answer to your question is 'no'. Twitter currently does not offer a way to merge Twitter accounts. You are also unable to migrate data from one Twitter account to another. While you cannot merge two Twitter accounts, you can always manage both of your accounts from one dashboard.

That is, anyone should be able to look at your tweets, regardless of whether they have been approved to follow you. If your tweets are protected, no one except your approved followers can see your tweet, even if they have been mentioned. Follow your favorite celebrities on Twitter.
Changing Twitter tweet source label is not possible technically. The label shows what app/service you used to make the tweet. However, it is possible to create your own Twitter API application and publish tweets using that application which will result in your own source label being added to your tweets.
You don't need to follow someone to @reply them. If you put the @username anywhere else in the tweet other than the start all your followers will see it. This is called an @mention. Twitter's newest feature is reigniting the flame war between iOS and Android owners. In doing so, the company now displays whether a user tweets from the web or mobile and, if they are on a phone, whether they used Twitter's iOS or Android apps, or a third-party service.
On Android, open the “App permissions” in the apps settings and select “Location“. Then scroll down to the Twitter app and flip the switch. On iOS, go to “Settings” > “Privacy” > “Location Services“, search for the Twitter app, and deny location access.

Ending a tweet with "send tweet" is a joke that kind of implies that someone has had a bad idea for a tweet or a hastily, not well thought out idea for a tweet, and without considering or editing, sent it anyways.
5 Steps to Writing the Perfect Tweet
- Keep it concise. Twitter's character limit is what sets it apart from other social media sites.
- Attach a photo. When possible, attach a graphic to your tweet.
- Attach a link. If you can, always include a link in your tweet.
- Use hashtags.
Twitter does not have a provision for editing a tweet, however. Once you publish a Twitter update (called a tweet), there is no way to edit it. Your only options are to delete it entirely or to copy the offending tweet before deleting it and then repost a revised version of the tweet.
In the email address field, change your email address to a new address you own. Confirm the new email address via a link we send to you (very important!) Your email and username will now be available to use on a new account if you choose to sign up again during the 30 day deactivation period. Proceed with deactivation.
