To use a predefined Outlook view as a template:
- Choose View Settings in the View tab.
- Make modifications to presented options in the Advanced View settings window.
- Click OK.
- Click Change View in the View tab.
- Select Manage Views.
- Choose Current view settings under Views for folder.
- Select Copy.
- Enter a name.
Type in another language
- Open Gmail.
- In the top right, click Settings .
- Click Settings.
- In the "Language" section, click Show all language options.
- Check the box next to "Enable input tools."
- Pick the languages with which you want to use input tools, and what kind of keyboard you want to use.
- Click OK.
Depending on your organization's Microsoft 365 configuration, you might find Settings in a different place.
- At the top corner of your screen, select Settings. > Microsoft 365 settings, and select the Settings tab.
- Select Language and time zone and choose the language you want. Then select Save.
How to change the language globally on your PC
- Use the Windows key + I keyboard shortcut to open the Settings app.
- Click Time & language.
- Click Region & language.
- Under Languages, click Add a language.
- Click the language you want to add, and select the specific variation if applicable.
Problems with changing languageTo check your Google Account language, open your Google Account. You should see the language you selected. The language change didn't work: If your Google Account doesn't match the language you selected, clear your browser's cache and cookies and try setting the language again.
Chrome. Open the browser settings, and in the advanced section scroll down to find Languages . Open Language and Input Settings and add the language or language+region choice you want from the list available. Order the resulting list so that it is in descending order of preference.
If you own an Android, you can also change the language through your Facebook app:
- Click the menu icon on the top right of the menu bar (it's the three horizontal lines).
- Scroll down and open the "Settings & Privacy" sub menu. Select "Language."
- Now choose your language from the list provided.
- Dial the Voice Mail system.
- When the system answers, enter your passcode.
- At the Main Menu, press 4 for Personal Options.
- Press 1 for Personal Profile.
- Press 2 to Change Language.
- Press 1 for English.
Trying to change yourself—that is, who you are—will inevitably lead you to fail and feel hopeless. But if you instead focus on changing your actions without worrying about how it changes you as a person, real change becomes much simpler.

Click File > Options > Language. In the Set the Office Language Preferences dialog box, under Choose Display and Help Languages, choose the language that you want to use, and then select Set as Default.
Start an Office application (such as Excel), and then select File > Account. In the Product Information section, select Update Options > Update Now.
Language packs add additional display, help, and proofing tools to Office. You can install additional language accessory packs after installing Microsoft Office. If a language is listed only once, for example German, then that pack includes the tools for all countries/regions that use that language.
Click your name or picture at the top of any SharePoint or Microsoft 365 site in your organization. Click About me and then Update profile. Click the link under How can I change language and regional settings? On the Edit Details page, click the ellipsis (…), and then click Language and Region.

- Select all of the text in your document.
- On a Windows PC, go to the 'Review' tab, click 'Language' and select 'Set Proofing Language'.
- In the window that opens, choose your preferred language from the list.
Open any Office program, click File > Options > Language. Under Choose Editing Languages, make sure the language you want to use is added to the list. Under Choose Display and Help languages, change the default display and help languages for all Office apps. Restart all Office programs, so your changes can take effect.
Change your time zone
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click Calendar Options.
- Click Time Zone.
- Under Current Windows time zone, type a name for the current time zone in the Label box.
- In the Time zone list, click the time zone that you want to use.
Changing the time zone setting in Microsoft Office 365
- From the drop down, select 'Options'
- Click on “Settings”
- Now click on “Regional”
- Select the correct time zone for your area and click “Save”
