Unfortunately, if you don't like Instagram's new suggested posts feature, there is no way to turn it off or disable it. While you can't hide suggested posts or stop them from appearing at the end of your feed, you can tell Instagram if you're 'not interested' in their suggestions.
Here's what to keep in mind if you want to change your Instagram Feed or Explore page. To do so, go to their Instagram account, and tap “Following,†which is on the left side of the screen with a little down arrow icon, and then tap “Mute.†From there, you can choose exactly what content you don't want to see.

Play with the Rewind feature
- Tap "Your Story" on the top left of Instagram.
- Choose "Rewind" on the bottom of the screen.
- Hold the middle button to record your video clip.
- Let go when you're done.
- Tap "Send to" to share it to your story or send to close friends.
Open Instagram and tap on your Story icon in the upper left corner. In the lower left corner you will see another users' profile icon. This indicates that someone has viewed your Story. Tap on the icon to view all of the users' who have viewed your content.
