Verify that FaceTime is enabled in FaceTime > Preferences. If the issue persists, or if you see the message "Waiting for Activation", try toggling FaceTime off and then on. Verify that the Date, Time, and Time Zone are set correctly: From the Apple (?) menu, choose System Preferences > Date & Time > Date & Time.
The most common reason for the FaceTime button not showing is your device's settings. To solve this, navigate to Settings, and make sure the app is activated. If it's activated and still not working, try toggling it Off, and then On again.

Apple iPhone - Turn FaceTime On / Off

So grab your phone and go to Settings > Phone. Then, select Calls on Other Devices. You can now toggle which other devices you want to Allow Calls On, or just turn the feature off fully. I've gone the whole hog and turned off Allow Calls on Other Devices to stop my Mac from ever ringing again.

The iOS version of WhatsApp lets you place video calls just by tapping on the video camera icon at the top of a message thread. YOu can even add up to four more participants. Make a video call using Messages on Mac

- Click the Details button , then click the Video button next to the group name or the individual's name to immediately start the call.
To turn on Facebook video chat, if you don't see a video camera icon in your chat windows, go to Facebook's Video Calling page. Oddly enough, you can click Get Started, but you aren't prompted to do the video calling setup until you actually try to initiate a call. Calling is straightforward enough.
Navigate to Settings > Privacy > Microphone. Then switch the Facebook Messenger toggle on. For an Android device. Then tap Permission and switch Microphone toggle on till it turns green.
