You do not need a visa to enter Ukraine for tourism purposes for visits of up to 90 days in any 180 day period, but must be able to provide proof of valid health insurance and sufficient funds for the duration of your stay.
Although Ukraine is not part of the European Union, the country has recently signed an Association Agreement with the EU. Additionally, Ukrainian citizens were granted visa-free travel to the Schengen Area in 2017, for travel of up to 90 days within any 180-day period.

What is a D- type national visa? In accordance with the Act of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland “On consular fees”, the fee of an application processing for issuing of a national visa is 80 euros.
