If you're unable to create PDF files via the Bluebeam PDF printer or any other plugins, the first step is to verify that the Bluebeam PDF printer is installed. Restart the Port Monitor and reinstall the printer. Go to Start > All Programs > Bluebeam Software > Bluebeam Administrator.
