Product settings are retained during this reset.
- Power off your product.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Connect your product to a wall outlet using a USB charger.
- Wait five seconds.
- Disconnect the USB cable from the headset.
- Wait one minute.
- Power on your product.
Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the left earbud for 10 seconds, until you hear the voice prompt “Bluetooth device list cleared.” 2. Check to ensure the headphones are not listed as a paired device.
Put the headphones in pairing mode by sliding the power button all the way up to the Bluetooth symbol and holding it there until "Ready to pair" is heard, or the Bluetooth indicator blinks blue. When the headphones are discovered, it will appear in the list twice: Once with a device icon and once with a headset icon.
To clear the pairing list: Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds, until you hear “Bluetooth device list cleared.” Delete your headphones from the Bluetooth list on your mobile device. All devices are cleared and the headphones are ready to connect.
Press and hold the Power/Bluetooth button until the battery indicator blinks three times and turns off and you hear the power-down tones, then release the Power/Bluetooth button. Note: Continuing to hold down the Power/Bluetooth button after hearing the power-down tones will put the headset in discoverable mode.
Click over the + (Add Bluetooth or other device). Choose the kind of your device, you should press over Bluetooth. Wait until you see your bose soundsport buds under the list. Then select it.
When Bose Headset Does Not Pair in ConnectIf that does not work, reboot the device. You can also try closing and reopening the Connect app, and if you are on Android, enable location services or clear the app's cache to reset the app's settings and, hopefully, fix the problem.

Open the Google Play Store. Search "bose connect".
- Agree to the app's terms and tap I Agree.
- Tap Grant Location Access.
- Tap Allow on the popups.
- When you see your headphones, drag down to connect them.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Bring down your quick settings panel and tap Pair & Connect.
- Tap Pair.
To connect QC30 to laptop you need first to put QC30 in pairing mode (press and hold the Power button until you hear “Ready to pair” ) then go to Bluetooth settings on your laptop > select add a new device > choose QC30 from the list of available devices and you are ready to go !
Follow these steps to reset the headphones:
- Turn the headphones off and wait for 30 seconds.
- Plug the headphones into a USB power supply via a USB cord and wait 5 seconds.
- Unplug the USB cord from the headphones and wait 1 minute.
- Turn the headphones on and test if they work properly.
It's pretty simple, actually. You just need to make sure Bluetooth is turned on within both devices you want to pair with your Bluetooth multipoint headphones, put the headphones into pairing mode, and connect your first device. Then put the headphones in pairing mode again and connect your second device.
Using Settings within the Android Menu
- Locate and tap the Apps Menu.
- Locate and tap the Settings icon.
- Select the Bluetooth. You may need to select Connections first.
- In the list of Available Devices, choose the Bluetooth accessory you wish to pair with.
Go to the Bluetooth® menu in the device settings and remove your Bose product. Then, try connecting again. In the Bluetooth settings of the device, you should see a list of Bluetooth devices that have previously connected to the device.
Re: Soundsport Free and Apple Watch and iPhoneThe SoundSport Free headphones can be actively connected to one device at a time. Pressing the Bluetooth button on the left earbud should let you cycle through the previously paired devices.
From the home screen, go into the Settings menu and select Remote & Accessories. Choose Add Accessory and put your Bluetooth headphones into pairing mode. Select the headphones in the menu when they appear. Your headphones are now paired with your Android TV device.
As it turns out, yes, you can pair multiple "hosts" with a single device. Once the device has been connected to device A, connection attempts from device B will fail. In my case, I've set my Android phone to not automatically connect to the Bluetooth device.
