Re-enrolment and re-declarationEvery three years you must put certain staff who have left your pension scheme back into it. This is called re-enrolment. Whether you have staff to put back into your scheme or not, you must complete a re-declaration of compliance to tell us how you have met your duties.
The trimester systemDeakin has three trimesters each year. Trimester 3 takes place over the summer months, and isn't compulsory, but provides another study option.

Enrolment for summer term subjects opens when the re-enrolment period opens for that year. You can enrol in these subjects via your Study Plan until the last date to self-enrol, as listed in each subject entry in the Handbook. You are only allowed to enrol in 25 points of summer term subjects each year.
To be recognised as a current student, you must enrol at the beginning of your course and then re-enrol every year for the duration of your course.
