You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from Zara.com free of charge. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition. You can return your order at any Zara store in the same market/region where you made the purchase.
If you go over 30 days Zara reserves the right to deny your return — and the store can also reject your request if your item is visibly damaged or not in good condition. Generally speaking, you can return most Zara items, as long as they still have a tag or label and are in good condition.

How do I return an item?
- Log in to My Account.
- Select the 'Returns' tab.
- Find your order and select the item(s) that you wish to return.
- Follow the returns instructions, select your return option and you're done!
- Package the item securely with all of the contents that it came with, and place the label on the outside of your box.
- Drop off the package at your nearest USPS location.
- Once the item is received & inspected by the vendor you will be issued a refund within 3-5 business days.
Drop off services are offered by Collect Plus, Hermes, UPS, DPD and Parcelforce. Be aware that you cannot drop off parcels at a Royal Mail sorting office - only Post Office branches and Parcelforce Depots.
The simple answer is no. IIRC "refused - return to sender" is what the postie would put on it if you refused it at the door. The postie can't issue a proof of sending. If you go the Post Office, they are only supposed to issue a proof of posting for items which are correctly paid for.

Return parcelsSimply use the DHL return label that was included with your order or sent to you by e-mail by the online store to return your parcel. To set up a return to Wayfair:Visit the My Orders section of your Wayfair account. An option to return will show under each item in your list of orders. You can process the return from there. Select your refund method – refund to Store Credit or original payment method (minus return shipping costs).

Drop off your parcel or let your courier collect itIf you choose to return your parcel using a ParcelShop, you can either print the Hermes returns label at home or in a ParcelShop with Print In-store device using a QR or authorisation code (we'll email it to you).
Login to our returns portal. You will need your order number and email/last 4 digits of your phone number. Select your preferred return option (Print returns label at home or in store options). Once you have processed your return in the portal you're ready to post it off!

Answer. A Parcel Contents Note is a piece of paper that you'll get with each order you place - usually in the main parcel. It'll show you the item and parcel details for your order, so you know what to expect. The items listed on this document show the price charged for each item, along with the total cost.
You may cancel your order for whatever reason within the 14-day cancellation period from the date of delivery (" cancellation period "). The cancellation period will expire 14 days after you have received all the goods in your order. You must post the goods back to us at your expense .
