To monitor Outlook's synching processing more closely, you can open the Microsoft Exchange Connection Status dialog. To do this, hold CTRL when clicking on the Outlook icon in the Notification Area and then select Connection Status… The sync activity is shown on the “Local Mailbox” tab.

By default, only those people who appear on your Skype Contact list are able to see your status. Everyone else will see gray (offline) or white (presence unknown). With Skype for Windows, you can change your setting to allow anyone with a Cornell Office 365 account to see your Presence status.

Hi - this is not possible, from your Lync client you can tag others but there's no way to check who tagged you. Doulouz is right. It is not possible to check that.

How to Appear Always Available in Skype
- First, open the Skype for Business app window.
- Then click the gear button on the right side of the Skype for Business app.
- Select Tools on the gear menu.
- Click Options to open the window shown directly below.
- Click the Status tab on the left of the Options window.

Click the status menu drop-down arrow below your name on the Skype for Business main window, and then click the status you want to show other people. To revert from the status you set and have Skype for Business automatically update your status, click the status menu and then click Reset Status.
