Just go back to the Accessibility settings and enable Use Dark Keyboard. You might have seen this darker keyboard pop up every now and then in iOS 7.0, but there was no way to set it manually until now. If you have Reduce Transparency on too, it will make it even darker.

With iOS 13, the native iOS keyboard now supports swipe typing, or as Apple calls it, QuickPath. iOS 13 is loaded with a tonne of new features, and one of those new features is now available for the stock iOS keyboard.
start swiping. Place a finger on your screen and drag it across the letters of the word you want to type. So if you wanted to type “play”, you would tap on the “p” key, then drag your finger over the “l”, “a”, and “y” keys in that order. The keyboard will then predict the word you're typing.
Normally, the default iOS keyboard presents you with the alphabet. When you want to access the numbers, you just tap the “123” key, and then the numbers and symbols will appear. If you press and hold the number button instead of letting go, you can swipe your finger up the number or symbol you want.
