On the Common Sense Media website, parents have given Episode a parental advisory rating of 14+, whereas kids have rated it suitable for ages 13+. On the Apple App Store, the game is rated 12+ and on Google Play it's rated “Mature”. That said, players of Episode are often impressionable older children and teens.
- Tap the 3 lines in the top left corner.

The most common reason an episode won't play in your browser, is because an extension you have installed is blocking it. Alternatively, you can try temporarily disabling any extensions you have that might cause issues. Another common reason is browsers blocking mixed content, like HTTP over HTTPS.
Delete Play Games data for a specific game
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Play Games app .
- At the top of the screen, tap More. Settings.
- Tap Delete Play Games account & data.
- Under "Delete individual game data," find the game data you want to remove and tap Delete.
If you would like to delete your character and start a new one, here is how:
- Login to the game on your device/platform.
- Click/Tap Character Options at the right of the screen.
- Click/Tap Delete Character.
- Type DELETE and submit your request.
To remove all of your game's data, try the following:
- Tap on Settings > Apple ID Profile > iCloud.
- Tap on Manage Storage.
- Look for the game in the list of apps that iCloud backs up data for and tap it.
- Select Delete Data. Note: This will delete all data for this game from all Apple ID connected devices.
Replays let you to start your story from the beginning, and have different levels of progress saved in the same story.
How to Replay:
- Go to the story you want to replay.
- Tap the three dots in the lower right hand corner and three options will display.
- Tap replay to replay the story from the beginning!
How do I restart the story? After completing the story you'll unlock a new menu that allows you to select and replay individual levels. To start a completely new Story mode experience — create a guest account and launch Farpoint with the guest account logged in as the primary user.

In the meantime if you'd like to restart a specific story you can replay your story via the Replay feature. At the end of an episode and while you're reading an episode, if you tap the 3 dots in the lower right corner you'll see the "Replay" option appear in a pop-up menu.
Here's how: First, close the App by going to Settings -> Manage Apps -> High School Story -> Force Close. Then, clear the data by pressing "Clear Data." Next, create a new Google account by going to Settings -> Add Account (under Accounts) -> Google -> New. Once the new account is created, open High School Story.
Can you delete replays? Sadly no, I know people were wanting it to happen.
