Reducto, also known as the Reductor curse, is a destruction spell, used to reduce objects to dust.

In order to do away with the objects with red sparkles around them you have to use dark magic. In order to use dark magic you need to use the Polyjuice Potion (or use an evil character on freeplay -- e.g. Lord Voldemort, Tom Riddle or Barty Crouch Jr.).

Head to the back side of the room, where there's an iron gate. Blast the lock with Reducto magic to open it, then have Hagrid tug on the handle along the left side of the recess to make a House Crest (Ravenclaw) fragment appear.

Use Wingardium Leviosa to place each one in the fountain and the crest will appear. When you reach the fountain, half way down the corridor, use Reducto on the silver valve in front of it then turn the valve with Wingardium Leviosa and the fountain will turn on and reveal the crest.
