You can, with a previously-paired controller, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth. Hold down the "Select" and "Playstation" buttons on the Move controller (press and hold Select slightly before pressing the Playstation button, dunno why but this seems to make a difference).

There is a difference between the new moves (the one with the micro usb) and the ps3 ones. The new ones have a slightly better battery and they are NOT compatible with the ps3. If you can find a used move (they are getting very hard to find) I recommend getting them if you get them cheap.
