There's no additional charge for using the Xfinity Stream app on Partner Devices. All other fees associated with your service will still apply, except during the beta trial, we're waiving the "additional outlet" service charge if you use the Stream app on a Partner Device. Pricing may change in the future.
The TV shows and movies (free to watch, available to rent for a fee or for purchase) with an Xfinity TV package are under licensing agreements that can limit where and the amount of time we offer programming in the Xfinity Stream portal and on mobile devices with the Xfinity Stream app.
No TV Box is required to watch Xfinity Instant TV. You can also watch using the Xfinity Stream app on your compatible smart TV, smartphone, tablet or Roku device. You can even go to the Xfinity Stream portal on your computer.

Enter Xfinity Stream using the on-screen keyboard and select Done. Select the Xfinity Stream Beta app and then choose Download. Once installation is complete, select Open to start using the Xfinity Stream Beta app. When asked, register your device and sign in with your Xfinity credentials.
The timeline varies as to when each show (we call it an "asset") is available on Xfinity On Demand. Many are available the day after they air on live TV.
If Comcast's system is having issues, your On-Demand streams don't work. Call the company at 1-855-399-1542 or talk to a chat agent at Xfinity.com to confirm there's an outage in your area. If there's no outage in your area, check all your cables.
To view Xfinity On Demand TV shows, tap the TV tab under On Demand on the main navigation menu. Tap a TV show to display the program's overlay. Tap Watch to start the TV show (the most recent show will start to play), or tap More Episodes to see Series Info, Episodes and Upcoming.
Watching Live TVWatching a normal broadcast on your product with Freeview On Demand won't use any data because the programmes are beamed to you over the air and picked up by your antenna.
On-demand self-service means that a consumer can request and receive access to a service offering, without an administrator or some sort of support staff having to fulfill the request manually. The request processes and fulfillment processes are all automated.
On your remote, click on the 'HOME' button. Select the 'Apps Market' option displayed on the TV screen. Scroll down and select the 'Video & Movie' option on the left hand side of the menu. Once the 'Video & Movie' screen appears, scroll through the options on the right until you find the TVNZ app, and select it.
Here's how to find on-demand shows on YouTube TV grouped by network:
- Navigate to tv.youtube.com, log in, and click the magnifying glass in the upper right corner of the window.
- Click on the network you are interested in.
- Click Series or Movies.
- Click the show or movie you want to watch.

- Press the Guide button on your DISH remote control.
- Go to channels 294-296.
- Select the package you'd like to watch.
