Generally speaking, bank account numbers are typically 10–12 digits, however, in some places they can be as short as 7 digits (Lloyds TSB account numbers). So to answer your question, there does not seem to be any multi-million dollar bank with 6 digit bank account numbers.
Copy the details by swiping left. In BOB - see them in your 'Account balances' view. The first six digits make up your BSB (like 306-089) and the next seven digits make up your account number (like 0001234). If you know the store your account was opened at, you can also search for that store's BSB number.
You can usually find your bank's SWIFT/BIC code in your bank account statements. You also can use our SWIFT/BIC finder to get the right code for your transfer.
