FANS are speculating that Jeremiah Duggar, 22, is reportedly engaged to Hannah Wissmann, the sister of Jana Duggar's rumored fiancé Stephen Wissmann. Hannah posted a snapshot of the Mississippi sky and waters on Instagram. She appeared to be sitting on the large rocks while looking up at the clouds.
