6. Achieving First Blood (the first non-neutral god kill in the match) provides an additional 200 gold. Depending on how high the victim's killstreak (the amount of kills in a row they had accumulated before dying) was, the kill will reward more gold while also ending their killing spree.

The numbers you should have in mind when you're killing creeps should be +/-8 CS per minute. Usually at the 10th minute you should be at around 80 - 100 CS on your lane. Midgame at 20 minutes you should be around 180 - 200 CS (220 after you master CSing and killing jungle camps while support freezes your lane).

The numbers increases because there are more cannon minions after 10 and 20 minutes. With full runes and masteries, you should try to achieve 95% cs in a single player custom game. This means that at 10 minutes you should have around 100 cs (I am a scrub but I can hit that.

One of the most obvious ways for a Support to get gold is through kills and assists. Each kill and assist is worth a certain amount of gold and getting your hands on as many of these throughout the game is a great way of increasing and gaining a gold lead.
No, it's still important. Even if their ad carry is useless there's still enemy jungle, top and mid to account for, who might be fed, and all of them are usually stronger than an adc early game and there's really no reason for support to take some kills so his feelings aren't hurt.

Some games no one is really doing anything; those games you should aim to 9/10 cs minute but I think a good rule of thumb is 165 by 20 minutes and 250 by 30. That's usually 50 or so more than the usual farm of a silver game. Totally dependant on game,but >7 per minute is always good if you have =>50 kill participation.
