The Son of Mothrakk is a boss that appears in the same area where you fight Bloodwing in the Wildlife Exploitation Preserve. The boss will spawn when you head back to the area after the storyline has progressed further than this point.
Brick jumps back into the barge, which is then struck by the Blitz and crashes into the lava. However, the two survive the crash and make it to the Vault, and witness the activation of the map showing the locations of the many other Vaults scattered throughout the galaxy.
Kill them and then make your way up to the Northeast. You will find an elevator there. Use it to access the Observation Wing. There you will find Bloodwing.
The boss will spawn when you head back to the area after the storyline has progressed further than this point. The Son of Mothrakk is a reference to the first Borderlands where Mothrakk was a boss. SOM has a chance to drop the legendary the Skullmasher; Bloodwing also shares the same loot drops.
Bloodwing will attack the enemy only once then circle until the timer is up then return. When facing a single opponent it may be best to send out Bloodwing, let him attack, then recall him to begin the skill cooldown. Bloodwing is useful for attacking enemies that are behind cover, or if Mordecai is pinned down.
In Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary, Talon first appears when Lilith requests the Vault Hunters to check on Mordecai. Talon is found at Mordecai's hideout but Mordecai himself is missing.
my best advice would be to go down the elevator,die,then respawn at the top. i would recommend axton. then throw your turret down the elevator. when bloodwing lands, snipe her at the top of the elevator without ever having to enter the arena.
Objectives
- Take bottle of pheromones.
- Head to Bloodtail's lair.
- Place vial.
- Release pheromones.
- Kill Bloodtail (within 1 minute)
My tip: Hide behind the console-pile to your right after jumping into the arena. You can dodge bloodwings attacks from whatever direction he comes by just crouching behind it, even splashattacks and dives are no problem. Also you are nearly allways able to hit him from this position.
when bloodwing lands, snipe her at the top of the elevator without ever having to enter the arena. note: she still may be able to hit you. I would use Axton's Sabre Turret ability. You'd also need a second player, so if you die, have them go in the arena so Bloodwing doesn't regain her health.
Wildlife Preservation
- Leave Roland's HQ and head to the nearest Fast Travel station.
- Travel to The Highlands - Outwash.
- Go the same way to the Hyperion Extraction Plant that you went for Bright Lights, Flying City.
- Right before entering the Extraction Plant, take a right.
- Go through the door to The Highlands by the giant gate.
If the player identifies Fiona as a Vault Hunter back in Episode 3, Zer0 will be available as a team member in the fight against The Traveler.

Assuming Moxxi was a young mother at 15 when she had Ellie, that puts her at 52 years old.Moxxi is featured in Borderlands 3 running her own bar aboard Sanctuary III.

He is also a founding member of the Crimson Raiders, but was expelled from their base after killing Shep Sanders.
Answered. If you are a diehard Borderlands fan and were expecting to see the return of all of your favorite vault hunters, unfortunately, we have some bad news to share with you. As of right now, it seems that Axton does not make any sort of appearance in Borderlands 3, or at least nobody has found him yet.
