Notion does work with the Apple Pencil, but only as a stylus. That's not to mean you can't store handwritten content in Notion, though: You can always create it in a different application and import it.

Creating Columns in Notion
- Hover your cursor over the piece of text you want to make a column.
- You will see a small icon with dots that will show up as a handle on the left.
- You can drag the content wherever you want around the page.
- When you see a vertical blue line, that's a sign you're creating columns.

How to download apps on an iPad for free
- Open the App Store on your iPad.
- Scroll down until you find "Top Free Apps."
- Tap to download one of the top six apps featured or tap "See All" to view the complete list of free apps in the App Store.
How do I know if apps are free? On Android, free apps have an “Install” button, while paid apps show the price and “Buy.” Free Android apps may also have in-app purchases. To find free apps on iOS, open the App Store and tap Apps at the bottom of the screen.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again. Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID.
