Warner Bros. Back when True Detective man Cary Fukunaga was on board for the new adaptation of Stephen King's It, the plan was to make it into two films. Now the author King himself has seen the film and tweeted to reveal that it's just the first part.
The result, however — “The Nightcomers” (1972), which was not so much a sequel as a prequel — lacked the ambiguity which made the original movie one you wanted to go home and talk about, and substituted steamy sex for subtle insinuations.
Colony isn't a sci fi show. It's good but it's not some ground breaking show. The first season is kind of slow but the second picks up a lot and so far the third is very good and very different from the first two.
