The Elemental Plane of Earth was an infinite expanse of solid matter pockmarked by bubbles of other elements and riddled with fissures and tunnels created by burrowing creatures or the occasional small mining operation.
The Shadowfell, also known as the Plane of Shadow, was one of the planes of existence in various cosmological models. It is the toxic plane of darkness and power. It is the hidden place that hates the light.

The Ethereal Plane is a misty, fog-bound dimension that is coexistent with the Material Plane and often other planes as well. Travelers within the Ethereal Plane describe the plane as a collection of swirling mists and colorful fogs.
The Ethereal Plane was mainly accessed by spells such as blink, etherealness, and ethereal jaunt. A phase door spell could be used to create a passage through the Ethereal, and Leomund's secret chest could temporarily stash a container in the Ethereal.
Banishment (Maybe)Apart from getting lucky with magic items, the lowest-level way that I can think of to get out of the Ethereal Plane is the Banishment spell. Banishment would return a creature to their home plane if they fail a Charisma save.
The Elemental Chaos was an Inner Plane in the Great Wheel cosmology, located at the far reaches of the elemental planes, where the elements dissolved into a single mix of colliding energies.
Eladrin (like all elves) have the fey ancestry trait, this means that they aren't fey themselves, they're just descended from them.
What is the Feywild. The Feywild, also known as the Plane of Faerie, is a verdant home of cruel fey and endless desires. To walk through the land of the Feywild, one risks death from all matter of creatures, and even if you survive the perils of the Feywild, you may end up never being able to leave.
Nope, you don't age for being in the Feywild. Because time in the Feywild is in flux. You can be there for one day, and when you return to the Material Plane you discover that have passed 10 years since they left. Or just an hour.
Souls go to the Fugue Plane and wander the City of Judgment. Servants of the gods collect them and bring them to their deity's domain. Sometimes, the faithful are sent back into the world to finish work that was left undone.
Most live for over 300 years, and even then they suffer few of the infirmities of old age.
Fey are outsiders, so it would make sense that they don't die and their spirits just reconstitute bodies when their old ones are destroyed unless they're killed on their home plane, in which case they just die. There's no afterlife.
"Fey are magical creatures closely tied to the forces of nature. They dwell in twilight groves and misty forests. In some worlds, they are closely tied to the Feywild, also called the Plane of Faerie. Some are also found in the Outer Planes, particularly the planes of Arborea and the Beastlands."
The Astral Plane is the plane of thought, memory, and psychic energy; it is where gods go when they die or are forgotten (or, most likely, both).
The Feydark is the term used for the segments of the Underdark that cross the planar boundaries and exist beneath the Feywild. There are some drow enclaves in this sub-plane, but the strength of the fomorians keeps them mostly restricted to the Underdark of the prime material.
The Seven Heavens of Mount Celestia, also called the Seven Mountains of Goodness and Law, Seven Mounting Heavens of Celestia or Seven Heavens, was the pinnacle of lawful goodness in the Great Wheel cosmology. The Seven Heavens were dedicated to goodness shaped by law and justice tempered with mercy.
The Outer Planes are home to beings such as deities and their servants such as demons, celestials and devils. Each Outer Plane is usually the physical manifestation of a particular moral and ethical alignment and the entities that dwell there often embody the traits related to that alignment.
In the standard D&D (Great Wheel) cosmology, most gods live on the plane that corisponds to their various alignments. They make their home in some imposible to reach fortress on thouse planes and surround themselves with their followers, makeing entrance even more difficult.
Both sides of the Blood War employ them, for example, and individual yugoloths pursue personal evil objectives across the planes. What do you mean "what Yugoloths are?" They speak both Infernal and Abyssal.
Sigil, the "City of Doors", is located atop the Spire in the Outlands. It has the shape of a torus, and the city itself is located on the inner surface of the ring.
Planar traitsLike all of the Nine Hells, Avernus is infinite in size. It is divinely morphic, and can be altered by will of by lesser deities and above, though ordinary people can affect it as they would the material plane. It has no elemental or energ traits.
The Abyss, also known as The Infinite Layers of the Abyss, or Demonholme, is one of the planes of existence in Dungeons & Dragons. It is chaotic evil in alignment, and best known as the home of demons, including the numerous varieties of tanar'ri.
