Replace the lemon juice called for in the recipe with an equal amount of lime or orange juice, or use half as much white vinegar or white wine. Note: Substituting vinegar or white wine for lemon juice works best in dishes where small amounts are used.
How to make lemon water with bottled lemon juice? Bottled lemon juice contains sulphites (preservative) and tastes weird. I would not recommend to use bottled lemon juice. It offers no health benefits compared to fresh lemon juice.

To make your non-alcoholic extracts, just substitute the alcohol called for in any extract recipe with three parts food-grade liquid glycerin and one part water. Stir the two ingredients together until well combined. Then, proceed with the recipe as usual.
