The truth is almost any car can be good in Rocket League once you learn how to use it (with the exception of maybe the Scarab, which is a lost cause). But there are a few cars that stand out above the rest at higher levels of the game.
Titanium White Octane is the rarest car in Rocket League.
Fennec is a vehicle body that was released on July 1, 2019, which could be obtained from the Totally Awesome Crate. As of today, since Crates are retired, it can be obtained from Blueprints, Trade-ins or from Item Shop. It can also be obtained through trading between players.
Sadly, you can not get batmobile in Rocket League anymore. Batmobile was introduced in the Batman V Superman Dawn of Justice DLC pack which was released back in 2016. The pack was taken down in 2019 with the release of the v1. 7 patch that disabled the ability to buy DLC packs across all platforms.

How to Get the Dingo in Rocket League
- Get the Dingo by receiving it as a blueprint after an online match.
- Get the Dingo as a Trade-In on Rocket League Trade Ins.
- Purchase the Rocket League Dingo when it is available in the Item Shop.

The easiest way to secure yourself a Fennec will be through trading. Ask around your friends to see if they have a spare copy of a Fennec, or you can search online to find yourself a cheap version of the vehicle. Unpainted ones usually cost a lot less, and you can redesign them after purchase.

Painted variantsThe Endo is available in all paint finishes, although in the Patch v1. 58, the Black painted Endo was removed from crates, due to it being too similar to the default version. The Black Endo is still in the game however, but is very expensive and rare, due to its limited availability.
