Extension Mobility is a feature that allows users to roam between phones, all the while taking their numbers and specific device settings with them. Select Device > Device Settings > Phone Services. Service URL: Specify the Service URL, substitute 192.168.
To Log In to your phone using Extension Mobility:
- Locate the Cisco 7841 phone at your temporary work station.
- Press the APPLICATIONS button to access your Settings.
- Use the Navigation button to select Extension Mobility.
- Enter NetID by typing into the keypad in a text fashion.
Add a New Contact to Your Personal Directory
- Press Contacts .
- Sign in to your personal directory.
- Select Personal Address Book and press Submit.

- Press Phones, enter the phone number along with any required access codes, and then press Submit.
Install a profile
To install the profile, follow these steps: Open the Settings app. Tap Profile Downloaded or Enroll in [organization name]. Tap Install in the upper-right corner, then follow the onscreen instructions.Tap Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management. If there is a profile installed, tap on it to see what type of changes are made.

How to remove iOS configuration profiles on iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings and choose General.

View an installed configuration profile
- On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Profiles. If you haven't installed any configuration profiles, Profiles preferences isn't available.

- To specify settings and assign them to users, devices, and groups, and to manage enrolled devices, click Open in Safari next to Profile Manager in the bottom of the window.

Add a user
- On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Users & Groups.
- Click the lock icon to unlock it.
- Enter an administrator name and password.
- Click the Add button below the list of users.
- Click the New Account pop-up menu, then choose a type of user.
- Enter a full name for the new user.
