An MAAA number means that the supplier has been registered on the CSD, but it does not mean that all supplier information has been vetted.

- You can register your company online on the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) website.
- You can also register your company via a bank, including Nedbank and First National Bank.
Request the certificate
- Click on "On-line transacting" and sign in with your customer code and password.
- Click on Disclosure and Certificates and then on the type of certificate required (company or close corporation).
Registration on the Stats SA HR Recruitment Database open
- Register with your ID number and complete the required information.
- Log in using your ID number and password.
- Enter your address in the search location box – if you can't find your exact address, choose the nearest landmark such as a school or church.
