I know Surah Al Kauthar does not have the letter “meem”.
The Quran was revealed to Muhammad sequentially over some twenty years' time, it was not brought together in chronological order. In order to find out what the Quran says on a given topic, it is obligatory to examine the other Islamic sources that give clues as to when in Muhammad's lifetime the revelations occurred.
The current, singular rendering of the Holy Quran's compilation is NOT in chronological order, because the first Caliph, Abu Bakr refused to accept the version compiled by Hazrat Ali Bin Abi Talib, the cousin and son in law of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). See The Quran Compiled by Imam Ali (AS) for details.
Surah Naml, which is the 27th Chapter, has the entire bismillahir rahmanir raheem in the 30th verse. This is why Surah Naml is known as the Surah with two bismillahs.

Praise be to Allah. It is proven that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) named some of the surahs of the Qur'an, such as al-Faatihah, al-Baqarah, Aal 'Imraan and al-Kahf.
Consuming beef in Islam is neither recommended nor prohibited. The second chapter of the Quran, Al Baqara, states that the only explicitly forbidden meat is pig meat and other meat that is not halal.
That the Quran does not prohibit the slaughter of cattle can be gleaned from Verses 71-72 of Chapter 36 (Surah Yaaseen). It says God created “cattle” so that people can use some of them to travel and some to “eat”. Verse 73 then states: “And they have [other] profits from them [besides], and they get [milk] to drink.
