It is really worth your money. Doreen is a very nice place to live.Cranbourne has a lot of cons but on the positive side it is reasonably safe and the people are generally friendly. Cranbourne would be better if it had better amenities and services, especially restaurants, cafes and alternative medicine.
Older parts of Tarneit with less rental properties have no issues with crime, they are well designed for families and neighbors are friendly, crime rate is low compared to other suburbs. Look up Victorian statistics, crime rates were worst in the inner city and in some regional cities.
Agent Kate Seehusen of NNW Property says Epping serves as a hub for the northern districts. “It's the only station with trains going north, south, east and west and it's a really safe suburb to live in.”

Use the 350 bus if you're travelling from the Melbourne CBD. This is the fastest route to the Melbourne (Bundoora) campus from the city. The bus runs along the Eastern Freeway. Estimated travelling time is 45-50 minutes.
