in football, the combined number of goals scored by two teams over two or more games: Man Utd won the first leg 1-0 and Liverpool won the second 3-1, so the aggregate score was 3-2 to Liverpool.
To access your ATAR, log in to this website from 9am on Friday 18 December. You'll need your Year 12 student number and UAC PIN. When you view your ATAR you'll see a list of the ATAR courses you studied, their category, and the number of units of each ATAR course that contributed to the calculation of your ATAR.
If you need a copy of your QCE you can request one from the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA). You will need to complete the application form, provide proof of identity and pay the required fee.
Once you've completed a subject, you receive a 'raw' Study Score for that subject. This score is given on a scale of 0 to 50, with 30 being the average. However, the Study Score is not a score out of 50. It is technically your ranking relative to how everyone else in the state scored in that subject.

This means that a score between 23 and 37 shows that you are in the middle range of students (approximately 68% of the population); a score of 38 or more indicates that you are in the top 16%.
The ATAR score only relates to the score in the Unit 3 and 4 ATAR subjects, which are studied in Year 12. Year 11 does not contribute to the ATAR score, but Unit 1 and 2 provides the foundation for these units. However, ATAR scores are only based from year 12.
To be eligible for an ATAR, you must satisfactorily complete at least 10 units of ATAR courses, including: − 8 units of Category A courses − 2 units of English − three Board Developed courses of 2 units or greater − four subjects. (A subject is an area of study, such as mathematics.
It is a ranking or relative position which shows a student's performance compared with all other students who took that study in that year. A student with a Study Score of 30 is in the middle of the cohort, or has performed better than about half of all students who took that study in that year.
The median study score is the middle score when all the study scores obtained by students of their school are ranked from highest to lowest, and so it represents a "typical" level of achievement in the school.
A+ -90-100% A -80-90% and so on, how does it work in VCE, some guy told me A+ is 80%+? Its not that simple. Initially your teacher may give you an A+ for something around 85%, however any sac marks you get can go up or down based upon your classes exam scores.
A raw study score of 50 means that you performed in the top 0.3% of students enrolled in the subject.
VCE graduates are considered to be more academically prepared to study a higher education (HE) degree compared to VCAL graduates. VCAL graduates are traditionally better suited to pursuing vocational study options (VE/TAFE) and should consider seeking admission to TAFE pathway courses for their preferred degree.
Firstly, SACS actually do matter very much. The SACs given throughout the year are used to rank the students in each class. Based on this ranking, the study scores for each of their subjects may go up or down.
Hardest: Legal Studies; workload can be crazy, you'll have no idea what exactly the questions require for full marks unless you have a good teacher, scales down. Easiest: Specialist; fun, very straightforward, learn concepts and practice for exam, much narrower than methods.
The maximum study score is 50. Each year, and for every study, the mean study score is set at 30. For studies with large enrolments (1000 or more), a score of between 23 and 37 indicates that you are in the middle range of students and a score of 38 or more shows that you are in the top 15%.
The VCAA's two principal education programs are the Victorian Curriculum F-10 and the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), an internationally recognised senior secondary certificate that is accepted for entry to top universities worldwide.
The VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education) is the senior secondary school qualification (Year 11 and Year 12) issued by the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA). the opportunity to complete the certificate in one year (for adults returning to study).
The current state and territory senior secondary school certificates are: NSW: Higher School Certificate (HSC) VIC: Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) QLD: Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE), Queensland Certificate of Individual Achievement (QCIA)
The Higher School Certificate, or HSC, was the credential awarded to secondary school students who successfully completed senior high school level studies (years 11 and 12 or equivalent) in the state of Victoria, Australia.
Victorian Certificate of Education
The Higher School Certificate (HSC) is the credential awarded to secondary school students who successfully complete senior high school level studies (Years 11 AND 12 or equivalent) in New South Wales, Australia. It is currently developed and managed by the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).

Nope. Not at all. Your ATAR is a combination of your marks from the HSC exams and your assessment marks from year 12 only. Also, if you think you might not finish your HSC and will want a RoSA (Record of School Achievement) then yeah, your year 10 and year 11 marks will be part of that.
These guidelines suggest that year 10 to 12 students should spend between 90 minutes and three hours on study each weeknight, and up to six hours at the weekend during peak VCE periods. The Victoria University researchers define homework as study done outside school hours.
As of 2015, the most popular subjects (based on people who took the exam) were:
- English (39,423)
- Further Maths (28,520)
- Psychology (16,854)
- Maths Methods (15,697)
- Health and Human Development (12,573)
- Business Management (12,366)
- Biology (12,216)
- Chemistry (9,848)
However, one bad exam isn't the end of the world. Also, what you receive as your internal mark depends on how well your cohort performs, so even if you aren't ranked so well in your school, you can still end up with an amazing internal mark as long as both you and your peers perform great in the actual HSC exams.

While the VCAA states the attendance must be at 50 hours, the school is rarely overruled if they say you pass. If the school sticks to it's stated policy you will fail, and there is no appeal process. VCAA imposed new rules from last year on attendance for those of you saying it wasn't like this when I did it.

A student with a study score of 40 has performed better than about 91% of all students who did that study. What this means is that the middle student in any study will have a study score of 30, regardless of how strong the other students were in the study and how difficult it was to achieve the middle ranking.
