Hollister jeans fit different. Hollister is designed to fit anyone who wants to wear them. American Eagle jeans are sized differently as well. They're sized with even numbers, which means not everyone can wear American Eagle.
In denim, the retailer carries up to a 24 in store and only an XL in tops, dresses, and some pants. Because so many things were oversized, it was good to try things on. For example – I tried on a size 16 skirt and fit into it but it was TIGHT so a size 18 felt way better.
What dress size is a medium? Sizing varies from brand to brand and by country. Some stores will consider a medium to be a size 8, while others around size 10 to 12. As an average, a medium is likely to be around a size 10.
American Eagle is a clothing company that specializes in jeans for everyday wear. Like most 100 percent cotton jeans, they will shrink if put in the dryer or held under heat for a long period of time.

As for sizing, Aerie undoubtedly had more options than Victoria's Secret. While the latter does offer bra sizes similar to those found at Aerie, everything seemed to run too small to actually match the size on the tag. Victoria's Secret, on the other hand, seems to still cater to a smaller range of body types.

The regular American Eagle jeans are pretty good about not losing their shape, but the jeggings are insanely good. And I really love that they're about a quarter of the price of my favorite brands like AG jeans or DL1961 and about half of what Madewell runs.

They do run true to size if you are wanting the slightly oversized look… I am wearing a size 25 here for your reference, but could've sized down to a 24 for a more slim-fit.

At American Eagle you can find the inseams by clicking on the size chart right above where you would select your size. To help you out, just note that their inseams run as follows: X-Short [25 inches], Short [27 inches], Regular [29 inches], Long [31 inches] and X-Long [33 inches].
A: Try your regular AE jean size in curvy jeans. For example, if you wear a size 6 in AE jeans right now, you would order a 6 in curvy, too. A few things to note: Due to the design, if you're in-between sizes you might want to size down.
It wasn't until I found American Eagle's Stretch Mom Jeans that I finally felt like I had met a pair of mom jeans that were actually made for me. Available from size 00 to 24 and in long and short options, I've found jeans are generally true to size.
Hollister sizing does tend to run small, but it's not consistent. American Eagle does run bigger than Hollister, but Bullhead jeans run on the smaller side, closer to Hollister sizing. If you know what size you wear in Abercrombie, go one size up from that for Hollister.
These jeans are so soft and comfy you can lounge in them. The waist on mom jeans often runs really, really small. Because of this, in every pair I've tried other than American Eagle, I've had to order the jeans two to four sizes up from my usual size 6.
The measurements of the female body were actually pretty simple: sizes 2-4 were thin, 6-8 were normal, and 10-12 were chunky. If you ask some 'non-skinny' or normal women (about size 8-14), they will almost certainly vouch for size 6 as being the most exciting.
American Eagle Mom Jeans Sizing and fit tips:The fit is “mom jean” style–so they're not straight leg, not skinny, but tapered in the leg and fit loosely through the thigh and calf. The back is fitted through the butt and then looser once your butt hits your thighs.

Jeans sizes in the US are based on the waist/length ratio, given in inches (in). For example, a male with the jeans waist size of 28 in and leg length of 30 in will have a jeans size of 28/30. We can also use the standard S/M/L sizes, or the simple numerical value (30-50 for men, 0-30 for women).
For example, if you have a jeans size 36/32, the number 36 means that you have a waist width of 36 inches. The number 32 then corresponds to a leg length of 32 inches. 1 inch corresponds to 2.54 cm.
