Fare zone 2 is an inner zone of Transport for London's zonal fare system used for calculating the price of tickets for travel on the London Underground, London Overground, Docklands Light Railway and, since 2007, on National Rail services.

Bromley South railway station. Bromley South railway station is on the Chatham Main Line in England, serving the town centre and high street of Bromley, south-east London. The station and most trains that call are operated by Southeastern, with some services also operated by Thameslink. It is in Travelcard Zone 5.
Each gardening zone is divided into two subsets; zone 6 subsets are 6a and 6b. Each subzone is separated by 5°F. That means for Zone 6: Zone 6: This zone has a minimum average of temperatures of -10° to 0°F. Zone 6a: This subzone has a minimum average temperature of -10° to -5° F.
Hatton Cross tube station. Hatton Cross is a London Underground station on the Heathrow branch of the Piccadilly line. It is in Travelcard Zones 5 and 6 and stands between the Great South West Road (A30) and the Heathrow Airport Southern Perimeter Road.

Hitchin isnt in London. Hitchin is a town in Hertfordshire. You wont be able to use the Oyster in Hitchin, Oyster is for London only.

Within London, all London Underground, National Rail, London Overground, TfL Rail and Docklands Light Railway stations are assigned to six fare zones. Fare zone 1 covers the central area and fare zones 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 form concentric rings around it.
As a general rule a Travelcard is more expensive than an Oyster card or Contactless payment card. The exception is if you make 3 or more journeys for 6 days or more within a 7 day period. In this case a 7 day Travelcard works out cheaper than an Oyster or Contactless payment card.
Travelcard. You can travel as often as you like on bus, Tube, tram, DLR, London Overground, TfL Rail and most National Rail services within the London travel fare zones with a Travelcard. They are valid for one day, 2 or 3 consecutive days or 7 days and are issued as paper tickets from the Visitor shop.
Tube, Docklands Light Railway (DLR), London Overground and National Rail services in London are divided into zones. Most services operate in zones 1-6, with Tube, London Overground and National Rail also operating in zones 7-9.

The travelcard that is included with the London Pass package can be used within Zones 1-6 on London's local buses, London Underground, National Rail Trains, Docklands Light Rail, and the Tramlink. Show your Travelcard to conductors on the bus, and simply put it through the turnstiles at train stations.
London Transport Zones. London is divided into 1–9 zones*, but most of it fits into zones 1–6. Central London is zone 1, zone 2 is the ring around zone 1, zone 3 is the ring around 2 and so on.
With a Travelcard, you can travel as much as you like, as often as you like on bus, Tube, tram, DLR, London Overground, TfL Rail and most National Rail services in London in the zones you have paid for. You can get adult and child-rate Travelcards - photo ID is not required.

You can use Oyster Pay As You Go in London on all suburban trains stopping in Zones 1 – 9 and journeys to: Broxbourne, Rye House, St. Margarets, Ware and Hertford East.
Travelling around London on Southeastern is easy, we have 73 stations in the Oyster PAYG area. You can use Oyster PAYG on all National Rail routes for journeys wholly within the London Fare Zones 1-9.
A Visitor Oyster card costs £5 (plus postage) and is pre-loaded with pay as you go credit for you to spend on travel. You can choose how much credit to add to your card: £10, £15, £20, £25, £30, £35, £40 or £50.
If you have a Pay As You Go Oyster card, you can use it to travel on bus, Tube, tram, DLR, the Emirates Airline, London Overground and National Rail services in London. You can also use it to travel on Thames Clippers River Bus services but these journeys do not count towards daily caps.

You can use Oyster PAYG for a single fare between St Pancras International and Stratford International on our high speed services. Please note that caps are based on Travelcard prices and not rail-only fares, therefore the daily cap may be more expensive than a rail-only paper ticket.
Can a Visitor Oyster card or Oyster card be used in other cities like Bath, Edinburgh, Stratford-upon-Avon, Oxford and Cambridge? No, it is only eligible for travel on public transport in London.
Oyster card service to extend to Sevenoaks. The Oyster card service is set to extend to another Kent station following a change of rail operator. It means the south-east London Metro train services will be transferred from Southeastern to TfL's franchise operation, London Overground Railway.
Assuming the Chatham you mean is the one in Kent, it doesn't have a TfL fare zone as it isn't in London (unlike Abbey Wood which is apparently in Zone 4). As a result, that's why you probably can't find it on the TfL map.
