Players have searched high and low looking for this elusive being, but sadly, to no avail. It turns out that you can't actually catch a Mewtwo in Omega and Alpha, but thankfully, that doesn't mean that you can't get it. There are two different methods here that you can use to get one: Transfer and Trade.
This ball can only be obtained from him once, but be sure and get it while you are in the area.
User Info: RikkuEcRud. You can't get the item, but if you caught a Pokémon in one in HGSS and transferred them up they'd still be in it. And assuming they didn't remove this feature, if a female in one is bred all her offspring will be in that same ball.

Where do i buy quick balls? Quick Balls are found in Pastoria City Poké Mart, Canalave City Poké Mart, Snowpoint City Poké Mart, Pokémon League Poké Mart and Pokémon News Press.
The Luxury and Repeat Balls can be bought here as well, but can also be bought with Watts in the Wild Area. These Watt Traders can be found near the entrances of Cities, like at East Lake Axewell and Hammerlocke Hills.
You can buy Repeat Balls from the Wyndon Poke Mart where they currently retail for 1,000 each which is really chump change considering how much we've all spent on the fashion game in Pokemon Sword and Shield.
You can buy them with Pokedollars at Wyndon iirc. The Watt traders changes supplies each day it seems.
Pokéballs. The easiest way to convert Watts into Pokédollars is by buying the rotating specialty pokéballs from the Watt Traders, located all around the Wild Area (7 in total). If you can find one selling Luxury Balls, that is the best deal.
When used from the Bag in a wild encounter, it attempts to catch the wild Pokémon with a catch rate modifier of 1×. If caught, the Pokémon's HP, PP, and status are fully restored; since Pokémon sent to the Pokémon Storage System are fully healed, this is only applicable if the caught Pokémon is placed in the party.

It is not possible to find charizard, charmelean or charmander in Pokémon omega ruby and alpha sapphire. In order to get it you can trade from a different Pokémon game namely SilverSoul, GoldHeart, FireRed or LeafGreen. The last two are very old and are for the most part impossible to buy.
Mudkip, who later evolves to Marshtomp, seems to be the better answer. Admittedly, Torchic/Combusken might be the better overall choice, but that's after having to deal with the tough Roxanne battle. But with it's Water/Ground typing, Marshtomp can hold his own against Wattson and send him packing.
You can get it after you have successfully defeated or captured Groudon or Kyogre, and you need to go to Littleroot Town and talk to Professor Birch. He will upgrade your Pokedex. Go to Route 116 near Rustboro City. Here you will find Eevee and other Pokémon such as Nincada and the common Zigzagoon.
The Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android devices will all support Pokémon Home. That will make managing your Pokémon simpler and more flexible, unlike Bank, which only runs on 3DS systems.
This Pokemon cannot be found in the wild. You can receive this Pokemon from Professor Birch on Route 101. You must first receive a Johto starter from Professor Birch after becoming the Pokemon League Champion, obtain a Mega Stone from your mother in Littleroot Town, and then return to Route 101.
In order to breed, you must place two correctly matched Pokemon in the Pokemon Day Care. In Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, there are two Pokemon Day Cares. One can be found on Route 117, and the other is located on the Battle Resort.
This Pokemon cannot be found in the wild. Receive as a gift from Steven's house in Mossdeep City after becoming the Pokemon League Champion.
You can pick up the ticket at any Pokémon Center, and then take it to your father, the gym leader in Petalburg Gym, and he will place you on a ferry to go to an island where you can battle and capture whichever Legendary Pokémon you don't already have. If you're playing Omega Ruby, it will be Latias.
