Rescheduling Your InstallationYou can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before installation. You can also call us at 1-866-631-1261 with your order number.
Go to Check order status. Enter the requested info. Select the order you want to cancel. Choose Cancel order or Cancel item.
If you decide that you no longer want DirecTV service, you can cancel the installation appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
