Restoring In-App Purchases (Android)
- Download and open the free app.
- Open the drawer from the upper left corner of the screen and select Support.
- Select Purchases and Paid App from the menu.
- Tap on the menu option, located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Tap on Recover Paid App.
- Open the list of recent apps used on your device.
- Select your region to redirect to your region's iTunes support page.
- Scroll and click on “Contact Apple Support.”
- Click on “iTunes Store: Purchasing music, movies, apps, and books.”
- Select “Account Management.”
- Choose “Account disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store alert.”
- Schedule a call with Apple Support.
How to enable in-app purchase authentication on your Android device
- Tap on the "Play Store" app to open it.
- Tap on the three horizontal lines located in the upper-left corner of the screen.
- Tap on "Settings."
- 4, Tap on "Require authentication for purchases."
If your credit card is registered to a different address that can cause the payment to be declined. Check the zip code matches your current address. Check that the address listed matches the billing address of your card. If needed, update the address.
Edit a payment method
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app .
- Tap Menu Payment methods. More payment settings.
- If asked, sign in to pay.google.com.
- Under the payment method you want to edit, tap Edit.
- Make your updates.
- Tap Update.
Many users have their payment card declined because the billing address doesn't match what's on file at their bank. Make sure you double check the billing address on your Apple ID payment method. Check the name, street address, and phone number are consistent with your bank account.
An iPhone that can't download apps may signify that something is wrong with your Apple ID. If the connection between your iPhone and the Apple App Store is disrupted, signing out and signing back in may fix it. Select Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > Sign Out.
To clear the App Store cache, tap the “App Store” icon on your Home screen. Tap ten times on any one of the buttons on the toolbar at the bottom of the App Store screen (Featured, Top Charts, Explore, Search, or Updates). The App Store empties its cache and reloads with everything current and updated.
The iOS Restrictions disables certain features of the iPhone, including the ability to download apps. So, if you can't install an update, the function may be blocked. Go to "Settings" > tap "General" > tap "Restrictions" > enter your passcode > check "Installing Apps" and turn on the updating feature.
How to Clear iPhone and iPad Cache
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad and scroll down to Safari in the list.
- Scroll to the Privacy & Security section and tap the blue Clear History and Website Data option near the bottom of the menu.
- Tap Clear History and Data in the popup pane to confirm.
If there are any unpaid subscriptions on your iPhone, you may see the “Verification Required” message in the App Store. To make sure all of your iPhone subscriptions are paid, go to Settings -> iTunes & Apple Store and tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Make sure that your iPhone, iPad, or PC has a strong Internet connection and that you've turned on cellular data on your iPhone or iPad by going to Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data. If this setting is off, you might not be able to access your Apple ID and iCloud when not connected to a Wi-Fi network.
Clear the Google Play Store dataIf cleaning the cache of the Google Play Store and Google Play Services doesn't resolve the issue, try clearing the Google Play Store data: Open the Settings menu on your device. Go to Apps or Application Manager. Scroll to All apps and then scroll down to the Google Play Store app.

- Step 2: Check for a larger app issue. Force stop the app. You can usually force stop an app through your phone's Settings app.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. If that fails, try discpnnecting from WiFi for about 15 or 20 seconds and then connect again. You can turn WiFi off in the settings, or reset your router. Something that will refresh your internet connection might help.
