Why is my battlefield 1 not working

When I try to play Battlefield 1 for Xbox One, I keep getting issues connecting to EA Online. I cannot connect to online features to go to multiplayer. I restarted my modem, signed in/out, checked Network Connectivity on my Xbox One only to tell me that I am connected to the Internet and that there is nothing wrong with my Multiplayer connection.
