Chick-fil-A's Polynesian sauce is, according to its ingredient label, a tasty blend of sugar, corn syrup, soybean oil, vinegar, tomato paste, beet juice, and assorted flavorings and preservatives. It actually predates the iconic Chick-fil-A sauce's addition to the menu by more than 20 years.

When we first opened our doors in 1967, our founder Truett Cathy wanted the company's name to reflect the top quality customers should expect each time they visited a restaurant.
