Pantone 448 C, also referred to as "the ugliest colour in the world", is a colour in the Pantone colour system. Described as a "drab dark brown", it was selected in 2012 as the colour for plain tobacco and cigarette packaging in Australia, after market researchers determined that it was the least attractive colour.
A third of the men found brown hair to be the most attractive; 28.6 percent said they prefer black hair. That means of the total polled, 59.7 percent said they prefer women with dark hair. Only about 2 percent of the world's population has green eyes. Green eyes are a genetic mutation that produces low levels of melanin, but more than blue eyes. As in blue eyes, there is no green pigment. Instead, because of the lack of melanin in the iris, more light scatters out, which make the eyes appear green.
Green eyes, because they are a rarer color, are often considered mysterious. People with green eyes are said to be curious about nature, very passionate in their relationships, and possess a positive and creative outlook on life. Green eyes tend to get jealous easily, but possess large amounts of love.

The different variants of genes are referred to as alleles. The gey gene has one allele that gives rise to green eyes and one allele that gives rise to blue eyes. The bey2 gene has one allele for brown eyes and one for blue eyes.
Eye color happens to be one of these traits too. Occasionally blue eyed parents will have a hazel or brown eyed child. Unfortunately because we don't understand the genetics yet, we can't easily predict when it will happen. Incomplete penetrance isn't the only way for a dominant trait to skip a generation.
A green eye usually has a solid green hue with more or less a single color throughout the iris. Hazel eyes are multi-colored, with a shade of green and a characteristic burst of brown or gold radiating outwards from around the pupil.

Although the deep blue eyes of some people such as Elizabeth Taylor can appear violet at certain times, "true" violet-colored eyes occur only due to albinism.
People with green eyes have a bit more melanin than people with blue eyes. The green color is from a combination of a blue hue from Rayleigh scattering and “yellow” from the yellow pigment called lipochrome. Green eyes have more melanin than blue eyes, but less than brown eyes.
