How can I check how many scheduled or actual hours an employee worked?
- Navigate to the Reporting tab in your HotSchedules account.
- You can either search for the name of the report or select it from the Labor Analysis section of reports.
- Use the calendar option at the top of the report to change the date range.
Active - This status allows the employee to login to their personal HotSchedules account, and managers will have the ability to schedule the employee on the Schedules tab. Inactive - Choosing this status will save the employee on the Staff tab with a line through their name. They will no longer be able to log in.

To submit an availability change, follow these steps: Open the Settings tab and choose the Personal subtab. Select the plus symbol and pick the date that the availability request will become active.

This can often happen if you work at one location that has HotSchedules, then leave that position and then work for a different company that also uses HotSchedules.
